Refund & Deposit Policy

All wheels and custom products are built to order.  A deposit is required to initiate production.

Once manufacturing has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

Because each order is built to specification, completed products are not eligible for return or refund.

If an order has not yet entered production, cancellation may be considered at our discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment of a deposit confirms agreement to all specifications discussed and approved prior to production. Custom-built products are non-returnable and non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
